Special Effects

Nor-Pak Services offers a variety of special effects for you to choose from. Make your designs even more unique and one of a kind by adding raised lettering, 3-Dimensional textures and dazzling glitters. Utilizing these special effects will make for a one of a kind look that will make your shirts truly stand out from the rest.

Puff & Blister Inks

These expanding inks “puff up” during curing. The only difference in the two is the look between the two; Puff is a standard raised and inflated look and Blister creates more textured and undulating surface designs.

Glitter

Glitter effects are created by mixing glitter particles such as crystallina or jewel tone to the ink before the print process to create dazzling effects. Sugar glitter is applied after the printing for a glazed look.

Foil

This effect is great for accenting an existing design and it comes in a variety of colors and styles. This technique is applied by printing an adhesive onto a garment and then adding the foil to the affected area.

Gel & Silver Gel Inks

These inks produce a dimensional, semitransparent or fully transparent look. Gels come in a variety of colors and glitter can be added, or you can choose Silver Gel and a selection of other pre-existing Metallic Gels.

Simulated Textures

Using high density printing formulas we can create a variety of faux materials. From leather to suede anything is possible. This can be a creative and effective alternative to embroidery, and it always produces stand out results.

Metallic

Glitter is not the only choice when it comes to lustrous special effects. Unlike Glitter, Metallic is a film that sits on top of a print to give it a shine uniquely it’s own, as well as a glossy surface with a reflective sheen.

Lighting Specific Inks

These inks take on a whole new look depending on your surroundings. We have inks that magically appear in UV light, display dazzling designs in black light, and even inks that glow in the dark!
