Pantone Colors

No screens or set-up fees.  Dark shirts require underlays, add 1 additional color. Subtract 35% for each additional location. Ink Charge of $10 (c) per ink changed (min of 12 pcs. per ink.) Minimum order of 12 (call for below minimum orders). Standard imprint size 14” x 14” (larger prints add 30%). Add .10 for each puff, foil, glitter, and metallics. Add .55 for waterbase ink. Add .22 for fold and bag. Size sticker .08, Hang Tag .08 Artwork Charges: Minimum charge of 1 hour $45.00 Sample Charges $50.00 plus $10.00 per screen charge used. Turnaround time: 5 working days. Rush Fee applied when necessary. Allowed reject rate of 3% per locations. If exact counts are needed, order 3% over. Terms negotiated prior to production.

Spot Color Printing

Vibrant colors and rich detail are the standard in spot color printing. Images printed using this method have crisp and clean edges and corners and have a glossy finish. This is the most common form of screen printing. This format is also better suited for artwork that features clean lines and solid colors. Digital artwork created in Vector graphic editing software prints with the best results.
